As regular readers of my blog will be aware, I participate in the occasional Triathlon.


I aim to compete rather than chase line honours (not really by choice – more due to a lack of talent) and I’m a great believer in enjoying the journey rather than worrying too much about the destination. My last journey was at Nepean Triathlon at Penrith International Regatta Centre – you can see a picture of my medal below.
